Caterpillar, Alstom closures: MEPs to debate need for reindustralisation policy

A debate with the Council and the Commission on the need for an EU i reindustrialisation policy, in the light of the recent cases of Caterpillar and Alstom closing their factory facilities in Belgium and France respectively, is scheduled for Wednesday at 15.00. The vote on a draft resolution will take place during the October I plenary session.
