EIP: Commission invites eligible counterparts to propose Investment Programmes for the EFSD Guarantee

The European Commission has invited pillar-assessed eligible counterparts to send Proposed Investment Programmes (PIPs) under the 5 investment windows approved by the Commission on 23 November 2017.
For the windows "Sustainable Energy and Connectivity" and "Micro, Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (MSMEs) Financing", the PIPs should be received by the end of January 2018.
For the windows "Sustainable Agriculture, Rural Entrepreneurs and Agribusiness", "Sustainable Cities" and "Digital for Development", the PIPs should be received by the end of March 2018.
PIPs will need to focus on sustainable development of the countries in Africa and the European Neighbourhood, in line with Article 9 of the EFSD Regulation.
