Versterking van het concurrentievermogen en de groei van de EU-industrie - Wat kunnen we doen?

The European Commission (DG Enterprise and Industry) has contracted the IDEA Consult/ECORYS consortium to conduct a study about stakeholders' views to enhance the competitiveness and growth of EU businesses for the coming years.

A better understanding of stakeholders' opinions on the future priorities for competitiveness policies, in particular in the field of industrial and enterprise policy areas, is fundamental for devising EU policy to promote these sectors. Therefore, the European Commission (DG Enterprise and Industry) has contracted the IDEA Consult/ECORYS consortium to conduct a study about stakeholders' views to enhance the competitiveness and growth of EU businesses for the coming years.

This study is expected to complement the European Commission's knowledge, including various forms of stakeholder consultation (an online survey, interviews, stakeholder meeting). Such consultations will be performed at EU, national and regional level by contacting different stakeholder groups both from business and non-business communities.

Stakeholders are encouraged to cooperate with the IDEA Consult/ECORYS consortium and notably to participate in the various activities related to the study, in particular the on-line survey, which will be launched at end of November. Stakeholders are also encouraged to contact the consortium on their own initiative, should they consider it useful.
