Henri Malosse, EES President, received Dicki Chhoyang, Foreign Minister of the Central Tibetan Administration, on 26 November 2013.

Both expressed their deep concerns on violations of Human rights in the Tibet region.

They stressed the necessity of reopening the Dialogue between the Chinese government and the Tibetan people, represented by the Central Tibetan Administration.

They also appealed for the real support of the European institutions in this conflict that has lasted too long.

Ms Chhoyang also met with EESC members Anne-Marie Sigmund, Béatrice Ouin and Thomas Janson.
