Slovenia looks to law professor as new PM

Slovenian MPs voted by 57 to 11 on Monday for law professor Miro Cerar to try to form a broad coalition government in the next 15 days. Cerar supports privatisation to reduce the country's debt after it narrowly avoided having to seek an EU bailout in 2013.
