II. COAFR delegates are invited to participate in a COAFR-COUJR/ICC session, scheduled at 10h00, for discussion of item 4. ‘Regional developments: ICC and Africa’.
III. In the margins of the meeting, the delegations will be addressed by Ms. Kimberly Prost, Chef de Cabinet to the President of the ICC, at 12h00.
IV. The Group will also have the traditional exchange of views on ICC issues with the representatives of NGOs who will address the delegations at 15h00.

V.The meeting will be held at the Council headquarters, Justus Lipsius building, 175 rue de la Loi, Brussels, and will convene at 10h00 on 24 May 2016.
VI. Delegations are kindly requested to communicate the names of their participants by 12h00 on 20 May 2016 to the Secretariat by e-mail (secretariat.cojur-icc@consilium.europa.eu) if they wish the Accreditation Service to prepare a badge in advance in order to ensure a swift entrance.

on how to obtain them.
