10790/07 ENV 334 CODEC 669 + ADD 1 + ADD 1 COR 1 The Council reached political agreement on the proposed Directive. All delegations and the Commission accepted the Presidency's compromise package set out in 10790/07 ADD 1. Denmark, Finland and Sweden made a joint statement. Italy and the Commission also made statements. These are set out in Annex III. 11382/1/07 REV 1 WP/nv 8 DG I LIMITE E
